AZO™ Self Seal Pouches
AZO™ Self Seal Pouches are a range of high quality preformed, heat sealable, sterile barrier packaging. Our pouches also come with an adhesive strip pre-moulded onto the pouch to ensure a strong seal to endure the sterilization process meaning there is no requirement for heat sealing machines.
Preformed Sterile Barrier System designed to accommodate a wide variety of devices. Suitable for Steam or Ethylene Oxide sterilization processes. Stronger than required seams to help alleviate bursting during the sterilization process. 60gsm Medical Grade Paper layer. Dual layer 12/40μm PET/PP blue tinted film. Adhesive strip removing the need for sealing using heat sealing machines. Each pouch is fully lot traceable. 4 year shelf life (from date of manufacture). Fully compliant to ISO11607-1 and EN 868-5
